At Infodat International Inc we strive to find and hire the best talent available — people who exude our values and choose to contribute to our company goals. We believe that our existing employees, who already meet these criteria, are in a great position to help us find the best job candidates. We recognize that current employees are likely to refer only those individuals best suited to work at our company, and therefore we wish to reward them for their referral efforts.

We are accepting employee referrals for the following positions Software Engineer IV. Sr. Software Engineer and Computer System Analyst:
Duties of Software Engineer IV include Analyze, design, develop and Test and maintain applications systems and software using a minimum of half of programs such as SQL, Oracle, C#, .NET, Java, AJAX, Angular, Energy Components (EC), Web Services, HTML, Visual Studio.NET, Data Analysis, Data warehousing, Sharepoint, Crystal Reports, PowerBuilder, PowerBI, Agile, SDLC, JAD, Waterfall, ASP.NET, AJAX, MySQL Windows, Linux, LabVIEW, C, C++, Visual C++, Matlab, UI, RPA, Python, Boomi, PHP, Azure, MathCad, Tableau, SAP, Optical networking, UNIX, Android, iOS, WinForms, Control systems, Application Architecture, Project implementation, Project Cycles, QTP, RFT, Eclipse, SWT, Scrum Master.
Requirement for Software Engineer IV are Master’s in Computer Science or Information Systems or Engineering or Technology or Computer Applications or Business Administration related plus minimum of 1 Yr of relevant experience or bachelor’s above-mentioned disciplines plus minimum of 5 Yrs of relevant experience as Computer System Analyst, Software Engineer, Network Engineer, Project Manager or Business Analyst etc.
Duties of Sr. Software Engineers include Research, Analyze, Design, Develop, Test and Maintain application Software and Systems using minimum half of the tools such as SQL, C Programming, Oracle, Java J2EE, Spring, Energy Components, VisualStudio.Net, Crystal Reports, Tableau, SAP, Windows, UNIX, Android, iOS, CISCO, QTP, RFT, Eclipse, Agile, Scrum Master, Waterfall, ASP.Net, Qlikview, Boomi, Angular, Jenkins, HTML, Microsoft Dynamics, LabView, Matlab, Python, Control Systems, Application Architecture, Project Implementation and Management.
Requirements for Sr. Software Engineers are Master’s in Computer Science or Information Systems or Engineering or Technology or Computer Applications or Business Administration related plus minimum of 3 yrs. of relevant experience or Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Information Systems or Engineering or Technology or Computer Applications or Business Administration or related degrees plus minimum of 5 yrs. of relevant experience.
Duties of Computer System Analyst are Test, maintain, and monitor computer programs and systems, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems. Troubleshoot program and system malfunctions to restore normal functioning. Expand or modify system to serve new purposes or improve work flow. Use the computer in the analysis and solution of business problems, such as development of integrated production and inventory control and cost analysis systems. Consult with management to ensure agreement on system principle
Requirement for Computer System Analyst are Associate degree plus five years’ experience in Computer System Analyst or Programmer or software or related.
Incentives
We provide the following incentives to thank our current employees for providing referrals:
- $500.00 for any referral at the time the job seeker applies to a qualified position
- $2,500.00 bonus for a referral that is subsequently hired by the company
- $1,000.00 bonus for any referred new hire who completes their 90-day orientation
Rules
To rules below help ensure that you get credit for qualified referrals.
- Candidates must state that they have been referred by you at the time they complete their online application, or you must notify HR in advance of the pending referral.
- Candidates must be minimally qualified for the position you refer them to based on the job description.
- You must be employed by Infodat International Inc in order to receive a referral bonus payout.

You can forward the following sample form for the candidates to use if they wish to use.
Similarly, you can send the link via text or social media.
If they apply using the link sent in your communication, their application will flag you as the referral source.
Otherwise, please notify HR as soon as you’re aware that one of your referrals has applied to the Infodat International Inc so that you get credit and Bonus for that referral.
Note: The last date for participation in the above-mentioned referral program for the current positions is July 15, 2021.
